The b&b Rifugio Uscio is a beautiful guesthouse, is hiker-friendly and eco-sympathetic. The B&B is only 9 km from Recco, 10 km from Camogli, 15 from Rapallo, 12 km from the wonderful Portofino natual and marine Park.It has a large garden with a very suggestive seaview and is in the pedestrian area in the town center, just above the large church. If you arrive by public bus ATP, you always follow the red dots and you will arrive in 5 min at B&B Rif.Uscio (from the bus stop in the town center where is the big church)
if you arrive by car, second on the right always going up Via Roma and turn right (Via Bisagno) Go up another 400 meters and you will find the sign B & B Rif.Uscio (Pink) and you see a pedestrian lane, and get off and even the red dots.
(parking 100-300 meters from the property along the road) and go up other 300 metres and you will find 2 free convenient parking, all white lines in Uscio.
It is a historic house of the early 20s completely renovated with the classic pastel colors of the Ligurian tradition (pink with green shutters), mosaic floors and antique marble sinks. The renovation has maintained the tradition of the Ligurian houses. The colorful rooms are furnished with taste and simplicity.
The structure is oriented to hikers and athletes, and for those who love nature, being Uscio in the middle of the Golfo Paradiso, in a dominant position above the valley of Recco, with green hills and the sea right in the middle of the valley.
In fact, from the B & B you can enjoy an exceptional view, you can see the sea and the green mountains all around.
The garden of 500 square meters is all around the structure and therefore the structure is very cool in the summer, both for the nice location of Uscio (400 meters above the sea), both for the centric position of the B & B, being above the church of the village it is always in the sun.

Sonia, the owner, from Milan, of the B & B Rif.Uscio, graduated in computer science, after twenty years experience in the best American international companies in the IT world (from SAS institute to Adobe), in 2007, after many trips (she was often in the United States in Europe, in remote areas of Africa, in Malaysia, etc.) has decided to open a nice B & B in Uscio just 9 km from Recco to enjoy the sea, the countryside and the clean air you can enjoy in this small but nice village where we all know each other and from 2018 has also opened an apartment for tourist use in the same building a beautiful old house of the 30s, to accommodate the many hikers who from April onwards have rediscovered the paths like La Via del Sale (now renamed Via del mare) and the desire to know the real Liguria!
